Club Rental
Facilities are located at 1808 Fish and Game Road, East Berlin, PA 17316, and can accommodate a maximum occupancy of 250 individuals, per fire code regulations. All rentals include the use of the main hall featuring two separate rooms plus the use of the kitchen, if needed, restrooms, pavilion, BBQ pit, and the grounds west of Fish And Game Road. Tables and chairs are available for use and included with the rental fee.
There is no fishing or shooting activities permitted on the grounds west of Fish And Game Road during a rental.
(Members are permitted to use the range east of Fish And Game Road during rentals.)
East Berlin Fish & Game Association offers two types of rentals for your convenience: full-day and partial.
Full-day rentals must vacate no later than midnight.
Partial-day rentals are only offered for a total of five (5) hours.
Regardless of rental type, all rentals must be cleaned and vacated no later than midnight.
Full-Day Rental Partial Rental (5 hours total)
Member Rate $350 $200
Non-Member Rate $550 $350
(All listed fees include a $100 deposit that will be returned to the renter upon satisfactory post-rental inspection.)
