Club Rental
Facilities are located at 1808 Fish and Game Road, East Berlin, PA 17316, and can accommodate a maximum occupancy of 250 individuals, per fire code regulations. All rentals include the use of the clubhouse featuring two separate rooms plus the use of the kitchen, if needed, restrooms, pavilion, BBQ pit, and the grounds on the clubhouse side of the road. Tables and chairs are available for use and included with the rental fee.
There is no fishing or shooting activities permitted on the clubhouse side of the grounds during a rental.
(Members are permitted to use the range across the street from the clubhouse during rentals.)
East Berlin Fish & Game Association offers two types of rentals for your convenience: full-day and partial.
Full-day rentals must vacate no later than midnight.
Partial-day rentals are only offered for a total of five (5) hours.
Regardless of rental type, all rentals must be cleaned and vacated no later than midnight.
Club rentals during the months of September, October, and November will be limited to partial rentals after dusk to allow for hunting.

Member Rate $350 $200
Non-Member Rate $450 $250
(All listed fees include a $100 deposit that will be returned to the renter upon satisfactory post-rental inspection.)
