How It Works
– Membership application requires a background check on all prospective members.
– Our monthly membership meetings are always held on the third Thursday of every month at 7:00 PM (conditions permitting) in the Main hall.
– Members are encouraged to attend the general membership meetings and participate/volunteer at Association events.
– Currently our new member applications are $60.00 with a one-time $20.00 initiation/orientation fee.
– Membership is one calendar year beginning January 1st and ending December 31st, renewable beginning in October of the current calendar/membership year.
– The Association offers two age based memberships: ages 8 to 17 are eligible for “junior” membership and age 18 and above are eligible for regular
membership.*
– Junior members must be accompanied by a regular member while on Association property.
– Guests (one per member) must be accompanied by a regular member who is the host while on Association property, with the exception of public events.
– Members who escort junior members and/or host guests are responsible for their guests.
– Applications are available using the links below, on the club information table (in the main building and at Association events) and available from Association
Directors and Officers.
– Completed applications can be mailed-in however the membership process must be completed in person.
– All Association buildings are smoke/vape free facilities.
– Any information required that is not available here in our FAQs or on membership applications can be obtained from the Assistant Secretary (review the
“Standing Committees” item under the “Association” tab).
* – No roll-up from Junior membership to Regular membership due to background check requirement.
